The Turkish Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) regulations provide that foreign and Turkish investors shall be treated equally. For the period 2024 – 2028, a comprehensive FDI strategy program was published by the Presidency Investment Office, aiming to increase Türkiye’s FDI share in the global FDI market; which is also supported by various investment incentive programs by the Turkish government.
