İlayda advises clients on all aspects of Turkish competition law, in particular merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI) reviews, competition compliance programmes, trainings and e-learning, competition law audits and due diligence and anti-competitive risks relating to business strategies (including distribution agreements).
She has represented clients from a diverse range of industries including food and beverages, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, energy, oil, and gas.
Prior to joining CoPartners, İlayda served as legal intern at White & Case where she gained an in-depth knowledge of M&A transactions, bank and finance law and sectoral experience.
İlayda graduated from Bahçeşehir University Law School and completed an MA in Economics and Finance at Boğaziçi University. İlayda was admitted to Istanbul Bar Association in 2023 and is fluent in German and English.
