Our Associate, Merve Demirkaya gave a speech titled “Interim Measures in Theory and Application in Competition Law” at the session held on May 21, 2024 of the Competition Law in Practice Seminars hosted by Istanbul Bilgi University.

Merve discussed the purpose of the interim measures and, considering the comparative law, examined whether the measures imposed in practice balance the interests of the parties involved. She also evaluated whether the lack of such balance could hinder the implementation of the interim measures, providing her own insights and recommendations on the matter.
