Settlement:
The Turkish Competition Board has decided to close the investigation against the economic unity composed of Biota Bitkisel İlaç ve Kozmetik, Derma Cos İlaç Medikal ve Kozmetik, and Derma-Cos Kozmetik through settlement on resale price maintenance, imposing an administrative fine of TL 31,395,633.86.

The Swiss Competition Commission (COMCO) fined several pharmaceutical companies around CHF 600,000 (approx. €612,000) for forming a cartel to fix prices and share quotas of the pharmaceutical ingredient “butylscopolamine bromide”.
The German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) has issued a preliminary assessment finding that Vodafone and Vantage Towers may have unlawfully impeded the market entry of 1&1, a telecommunications service provider, by delaying access to antenna sites, and is considering imposing obligations and further measures.
The French Competition Authority (Autorité de la concurrence) has announced that it is working on a proposal to introduce a call-in power for below-threshold mergers, which would include clear criteria such as turnover thresholds, a nexus to French territory, indicators of potential harm to competition, and defined time limits to ensure legal certainty.
Google has offered commitments to the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) to allow standalone licensing of its Automotive Services, remove restrictive contractual clauses, and enable the combination of Google Maps with third-party services, leading to greater flexibility for vehicle manufacturers and suppliers.

Google, araç üreticileri ve tedarikçilerine daha fazla esneklik sağlayacak şekilde, Google Otomotiv Hizmetleri’nin bağımsız şekilde lisanslanması, kısıtlayıcı sözleşme hükümlerinin kaldırılması ve Google Haritalar’ın üçüncü taraf hizmetlerle birlikte kullanılabilmesi yönünde Federal Alman Kartel Ofisi’ne (Bundeskartellamt) taahhütler sundu.
