Zeynep is an antitrust lawyer, particularly experienced in cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, merger control and legal proceedings before the Turkish courts concerning Turkish Competition Board decisions.
Throughout her career, Zeynep has represented multinational and national companies active in a diverse range of industries including technology, FMCG, energy, transportation, and telecommunications, before the Turkish Competition Authority as well as the Turkish courts in compensation lawsuits arising from competition law infringements.
Zeynep has a strong interest in the digital markets, as well as the growing regulation of technology companies around the world (including through the EU Digital Markets Act and proposed UK Digital Markets Unit). She has advised major digital companies on regulatory matters for information technology, internet search, online advertising, e-commerce, and software.
Prior to joining CoPartners, Zeynep was an associate at a top-tier law firm in Istanbul. She routinely contributes to antitrust publications, journals, and speaks at seminars.
Zeynep graduated from Koç University Law School She was admitted to Istanbul Bar Association in 2018 and is fluent in English.
